"Normally this place is very efficient but not tonight. I ordered a drink and wings to go, an hour later, no wings. Paid for my drink and left an $8 tip even though it screwed up my dinner. Manager, the bartender needs better support."
"The food is poor quality and not always fresh. Service could be better. Nice makeover for the restaurant, but food and service still needs an overhaul. We would love to eat here more often, as we like the menu options provided if only it was fresh and consistent with more attentive service. It will probably be a while before we give them another try."
"Our take out order wasn't ready on time, but the staff were very friendly and did their best. The food was good too. I think of Buffalo Wild Wings as the same as Applebee's and Frickers and most times I can't tell their food apart. We were staying at a hotel within walking distance it was convenient. We were all quite satisfied."
"5 stars for cleanliness. I have never seen a bar area so clean! It is like they just opened. Bartender friendly and efficient. We had a beer but no food. I almost didn’t give 5 stars though because the station that was playing was awful. Lots of hard core rock and loud. Not what you would expect at 3 in the afternoon - maybe better suited for a Friday night."
