"Do not use this company unless there is a chance you could die if you couldn't find another locksmith. The doorknob lock on my house door needed to be unlocked. The tech started filling out the ticket before starting the work, and the minimum charge was to be about $400. I should have just stopped him there and sent him on his way. He tried to tell me the deadbolt was locked. It wasn't - I would need my key to lock it, and therefore wouldn't need a locksmith! (Both keys are on the same keychain that I didn't have). He had to end up destroying the knob lock with a power tool, for over $450. I could have done that myself with my own power tool."
"The key that I had made yesterday worked fantastic in the door it's like I went to a locksmith and had it done I would not only recommend using the machine I have seen it a lot at Kroger's when I go in and then I didn't know if it would work but I had to have me a house key made because back in January I fell and I broke my ankle bones from my ankle so I had to give mine to my granddaughter so she could come in and help out with things and take me back and forth to appointments so now that I'm able to walk and drive I needed a key so I went to Kroger's yesterday and had me a key made it machine"
