"I tried explaining I received a message stating Geek Squad had to cancel my appt. Due to over scheduling. They treated me badly and said it's been 3 days that's when I explained MY APPT. WAS CANCELED AND I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING IT WAS THE HACKER!! SO RUDE TAKING PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME AND IGNORING ME... I AM PROUD TO SAY I RETRIEVED MY EMAIL, FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE ACCOUNT AFTER 2MONTHS. THANKS GUYS FOR LISTNING AND YOUR PATIENCE AND WISDOM OF WHAT MAY HAVE BEEN HACKER ACTIVITY!! MY IDENTITY WAS HIJACKED SO I TURNED IT OVER TO THE STATE IN CASE OF FUTURE PROBLEMS. GOOGLE ACCOUNT IS WHO I TRULY THANK FOR GUIDING ME THROUGH TO RETRIEVE ALL MY ACCOUNTS BUT NOT MY NAME, ADDRESS ETC. CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BEST BUY 'VERY NICE' AND WILL SHOP THERE BUT ONLY FOR BEST BUY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT SERVICE GIVEN."

"Went there to see if my laptop was worth getting repaired. I maybe an appointment online, I arrived at my scheduled time, and then waited for twenty minutes for him to finish with the person in front me. That would have just he a little inconvenient, but he said he had to help someone else. Which I understand, but if I make an appointment and your still 20 + plus behind give people a heads up we do have other things to do. Took my computer some else locally they could see it right then . Save or money and especially your time go some where else."

"Bought a laptop here less than a year ago for school. Now the new semester started, my BIOS won’t load on the computer. When I called and made an appointment it seemed so promising that I was told “I’ll be able to sit with the geek squad and watch them fix my problem”. This is not the case. I arrived to my appointment, just to be told that if I want geek squad to even LOOK at my LESS THAN A YEAR OLD laptop that I purchased here it will be $150. And if I didn’t want that option, then they could just ship it off and who knows when I’d have my school laptop back. The steel squad member went on to explain that same day fixes just “arnt a thing here.” Neither of those options were okay with me being I NEED this laptop for school. The last solution offered to me was by the manager that “since I needed a school computer they could give me a cheap open box deal On another laptop.” I’ve already spent $500 on buying this laptop, IM NOT SPENDING ANY MORE. If I could rate this store less than 1 star I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. You’re better off saving yourself a drive and lots of time reaching out to the manufacturer yourself (because that’s all geek squad will do anyways) or find a private fixer that will charge way less than these scam artists. I fully regret buying this computer and even more so regret wasting my time for this miserable customer service experience."
