"Krug & Sons saved our heinies! Greg came out when our upstairs unit died on us. HEP was telling us that the entire unit needed to be replaced, the compressor was bad, coil bad, and it was gonna die any moment. When Greg came out he found the compressor was fine, coil was fine and that there was a loose common wire which he fixed and then replaced a fuse. GREG, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will call you guys going forward and will recommend you as much as possible! Stay away from HEP, they pay their guys commission to sell new units. Trust Krug & Sons! They get it done right!"
