"We have received such great customer support at this Regions Bank branch by bankers including, but not limited to, Brittney, Areka, and Lee. Each individual has a skillset and knowledge base that we've never experienced before. Even while the building is under renovations, they stay on top of things and keep the line short. They are quick, but take their time to explain things to you and assist you with any issues you may be having. The service is great and we will stay with Regions for a long time!!!!"
"The staff at this branch has always been amazing and has always treated me wonderfully. Very grateful for each of them and their personal service."
"We have always had a great experience and amazing customer service at this branch. Everyone is always very helpful, especially Lee. He is very knowledgeable and does his best to make things as easy and efficient as possible. He has saved us so much time by working very effectively and communicating quickly."
"They couldn’t use the software from the cities. Cellular net banking software properly to locate accounting information. And past data from previous 2020years 2019years and 2018. Didn’t use horizons trade software to locate past accounts. Set my appointment in Atlanta. Weeks before."
"I have banked with Regions for close to 3 years now, but I wouldn't even give them 1 star due to their repeated inconveniences. My account has been frozen four times now, but not from a lack of funds. It's been due to "suspicious activity" on the account. The fourth time, someone else's check bounced in my account, so I was punished via a locked account and a $15 charge. Objectively, safety is important, but I have never received a warning via email, phone call, ect. that I would not be able to use my card until I order a new one. This would less of a problem if I wasn't currently in college, about eight hours away from the nearest branch. I am getting financially stranded with each freeze of my account. Luckily the first time it happened, I was home for Winter Break, but even then, the service was deplorable. It took them an entire MONTH to mail my card to me, despite saying it would only take 3-5 business days. The other three times it's happened, I've been left penniless without warning, and cannot even have my mother transfer money to a frozen account. What is the point of having a debit card if you cannot use your money when you need it? The ONLY reason I have stayed this long is that they have a wonderful online banking service. But even that aspect has been reduced to sitting back and looking at all of my money I cannot touch."
