"ZERO STARS!! This place had me submit my credit card info and witheld the cost of getting into my house until I submitted it. After I submitted it, they sent their loccksmith to my home which took 40 min!! My 10 yr old son was waiting on the porch ALONE for the locksmith to get there and get him inside the house. After the locksmith was there 30 min they call me and say it is going to cost me $225!! They knew my son was alone and I could not get home in less than an hour and they took total advantage of my situation. When I told them I could not afford that price they asked me what my budget was and I said I had $50 and they said they are telling their locksmith to stop what he was doing and leave my 10 yr old son sitting alone in south knoxville because I couldn't pay $225!! Then they had the nerve to try and charge me a $29 service fee!!! My son had to sit on our porch alone in the dark until I could get home from work. These people should be shut down and also arressted for child endangerment!! I am the director of social services and I will be making some calls and do my best to shut the doors of this place!! SHAME ON YOU GUYS!!!"
"Told my husband it would be between $80-110 depending on how long it took to unlock. They charged me $130 before even unlocking it which took all of 30 seconds. Complete rip off, and used me knowing that I didn't know what they told my husband because my phone was in the car."
"I recently purchased 2 house keys and 1 vehicle key .Which I was in shock because I didn’t know that there was key kiosk for vehicle so I was excited to get a copy because everyone has heard the horror stories of cost when it comes to getting vehicle keys duplicated!! But I received confirmation when me key was sent in mail and love how well it worked!!!At first my new vehicle key wouldn’t work so I sanded it alittle and than it worked fine!!!
