"I was here tonight (Tuesday July 9th @ 8:17pm as the receipt says) I cannot remember the lady’s name who helped me- she told me and introduced herself- but she was so attentive and sweet and I am very happy with her recommendations! They fit my skin type and tone perfectly. She was very helpful even though they were less than an hour to closing she acted like she had all the time in the world for me! "I will never buy from this store again. I bought over $400 dollars from this company and was never given a receipt or told of return policies.Tried to return some of the merchandise and was told they would not refund my money because it stated it on the receipt. What receipt, you never gave me one , and were rude beyond belief. Will never buy from them again."

These sales people cared more about a dog that a lady brought in. I was not greeted or ever asked if I needed help with anything. Maybe next time I should bring an animal in to get better service."

"So I love visiting any CCO Store but this one really impressed me. The employees were very helpful, kind and knowledgeable which was refreshing! They had all the testers cleaned and the store was nice. They also actually gave me rewards which not all CCO stores do and that’s really frustrating because I spend a lot of money every trip I go into one and this is one of the only few that makes sure I get my rewards! The employee was shocked when I informed her how many other stores didn’t honor that including what I call my home CCO Store (the one closest to where I live). Definitely recommend stopping in for some great cosmetics, skincare, & hair care at some awesome deals!"

"I walked in today to make a purchase on a product that i previously purchased. A sign is displayed 3 for $15. So, I was going to purchase 6. The associate stated oh you can only purchase 5. I asked where was it posted because the display didn't have a limit and if they're 3 for $15 common sense explains one would purchase in increments of 3! The lady behind the register held up a small sign that was beside the register. I asked if I could walk out and walk back in to purchase another three. She said no I could send someone else in. Wow! Horrible customer service and definitely will not shop at this store again!"
