"I have always made payments two or three months ahead of the due date; for some reason, you are charging me a late fee on a payment due on 10/26/23 that was cashed by TVA CU on 9/18/23! Have you no shame? Why are you charging me a late fee on a payment that was made more than a month ahead of the due date. I guess you are just as bad as any given bank! SHAME ON YOU! I will report this egregious lack of upstanding businessship to any and every agency possible as well as social media. I will NEVER do or recommend doing business with you again! I am appalled and sickened by your greedy and... whatever; you have lost all of any confidence I might have had in you."

"The bank is decent enough but the banking app is a hot piece of garbage! It goes down more than any app I have ever used. You can look at it funny and it goes down. For being a business, a lot of work needs to be done (but it never seems to). With all of the updates nothing seems any better."

The manager, Patrick, works extremely hard, is a keen problem solver, and has a firm knowledge of how everything operates. Jerry, the security guard, watches the place like a hawk and because of his military experience, always makes me feel a whole lot more secure when I am doing business here. Neush, a new hire, is also excellent at her job as well. I wish I knew all of the rest of these people’s names because I have nothing but high regards to say about all the rest of them. They’re all honest, hard working, and very professional people. I used to bank with First Tennessee and it was REALLY bad service with those folks, pretty much all the time. I’ve been doing business with TVA Employees Credit Union for several years now and it is absolutely a night and day experience compared to First Tennessee. I VERY highly recommend this place to anyone."
