Knox Enduro

"Where do I start. I brought my bike in because it was non running. All I wanted was for my bike to run. Garrett is a well professional and is very nice. But that's about as far as it goes. My bike was in their shop for over a month. I was told that my bike needed a new top end so I have them the go ahead and they installed the top end. When called they said my bike was running and ready to be picked up. When I arrive the only way they had my bike to run was by pulling it with a four wheeler. They stated all it needs is to be rejetted. So I tried two different carbs with jets and have gotten nowhere. Compression test shows 65 max. I call back because I'm wanting information as to what they can do. They said the best they can do is tear it down and show me where they installed the new piston. I asked for a partial refund at the very least because obviously my bike still isn't running. They declined and continued to blame me for bringing them a Chinese carb. Needless to say the mechanic does not want to work with me because I'm unable to bring my bike back and Garrett knew that. I will be contacting my lawyer for assistance in this particular issue. For anyone who looks to have the equipment fixed, DO NOT GO HERE."

"I tried to do business here with this local shop. They're an independent shop.....small shop but well regarded and under new ownership by enthusiasts. Ultimately, my trade was a barrier to doing business there. Simply due to my trade being a new (literally, NEW) bike so hard to floor there. Dealer did an excellent job in sharing why this particular deal was not a good fit for me or their dealership. Didn't try to get pushy with winning a numbers game. In fact, they went out of their way being honest. I just ended up deciding to buy my new Beta from another dealership ONLY due to a better trade opportunity in my particular instance on this one particular deal. I hope to buy a bike or two from Knox Enduro at some point soon. Just a really honest dealership! Will throw them business for parts and service too! I still plan to support my selling dealer as well......just really want to help these guys do well. Super genuine dudes! This is not a multiline SxS heavy dealership!! This is a genuine bike shop run by motorcycle enthusiasts! Please, support these type shops and this one in particular if you have a choice and are into 2-wheelers. Looking forward to sharing a trail with these guys and supporting them!"
