"Very proficient and professional. I would recommend this bank to all of my family and friends. Super service. Thank you for all your help."
"Always friendly, call me by name, and usually Fairly quick. There have been times when they're really busy but hey, show me somewhere that's not. I like them."
"Lost my debit and had to go to local branch for temporary card. Was not informed on how to activate card and not offered express shipping for new card it was shipped ground. New temporary card does not work after activation called customer service numerous times to try and fix with different answers each time and no resolution. Branches not open on the weekend so no other resolution. This is just bad customer service from the beginning should be an easy fix but instead turned into a major headache."
"IN REGARDS TO: ZACH FRANCE, WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR To Whom It May Concern, I am planning to do some improvements on a home I purchased here in Knoxville and will need to take a home equity loan out for that purpose. I have a good credit score but, unfortunately, my debt-to-income ratio did not meet the criteria for approval. I decided to take a monthly annuity out of my IRA savings to boost my monthly income and improve my debt-to-income ratio. I usually see Andrea Carpenter at the Bearden Branch but she was not available so the bank made an appointment for me to see a Zach France to talk with instead. Let’s keep in mind that this is my money and I have used the forms available on line to take out lumps of money from my IRA in the past without involving US Bank, but I wanted to make sure I had the paperwork needed to set up the monthly withdrawal correctly My partner and I met with Zach France and he not only gave off the vibe of a very pompous individual, but treated us with disrespect. We waited 5 days for the meeting only to find he would not even make an effort to help us, delaying our improvements on the house and wasting our time. Zach France treated us nothing like the respect and professionalism we received in the past from Andrea Carpenter. I decided to just go about the annuity withdrawal myself on line and carried on. I am a person who tries to always treat all people with equal respect and, as such, expect that in return. But Zach France made me feel stupid, refused to help me and made me question if I was doing something wrong. I asked him if it was illegal for him to request this from my IRA and he said no, he just wouldn’t feel right doing this. His advise is more than welcome but, the bottomline is, I can do what I want with my money. If he did not feel right about doing this, he could at least went on line and showed me the form and what needed to be filled out in order for me to do it myself. Instead, he just sat there with his “cocky and self-satisfied smile, looking at us while continuously shaking his grinning face back-and-forth, back-and-forth, giving us the impression that we were just a waste of time. He left both of us with a bad taste in our mouths."
"I’m sitting here staring at two ladies sitting there for almost 10 minutes and still haven’t been acknowledged even after hitting the call button. This is always the slowest place ever but gah come on."
