"I was nervous at first, but that went away once I arrived because I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly front desk assistant. (I wish I could remember her name, she was super kind) Kristin's class was fun and also welcoming for anyone at whatever level they're at in their yoga practice. I enjoyed the awesome music, lights, pace, and props. Also, I loved how clean the facility is. I'll be back in a few days, to enjoy some more yoga. Thank you."

"I am writing this in hopes of Angela P. receiving some redirection with her yoga instruction… Yesterday was my first time at this studio. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years. I attended the 5:30 hot class. I have taken plenty of hot classes before and wow this particular class was very unsafe. I think Angela could benefit from some retraining. It is obvious she has memorized a script! Angela barely took a breath while giving out instructions to the flow sequence. She was talking so fast, I couldn’t understand what she was saying. The transitions from pose to pose was extremely fast and unnecessary! Angela’s pacing and speed can really hurt someone if they are beginner levels. I think she needs to slow down her talking rate and really focus on the yogis in the room. And maybe she could take another anatomy and physiology course. At one point in class we had already went through numerous flows when Angela directed us to sit on the mat. After doing a floor sequence, all of the sudden she wanted us standing up, then back to plank, down dog, next a balance sequence. Going from that bottom time on the mat to rapid standing, then head down that quickly can cause fast flow to the head. This can lead to dizziness and a potential fall, especially in that kind of heat! Please be careful, slow down, and put your yogis safety first! Again, I am writing this review because I think Angela’s passion for building a strong yoga practice is definitely there! But some guidance and refocus can hopefully help her."
