"This facility does not accommodate Military Veteran's with disabilities, especially when the individual is Retired Military. PTSD is a problem in this country. A military veteran is committing suicide every 35 minutes in the United States. Doctor's really need to educate themselves on suicide prevention, especially when a person has sever PTSD or MST. You never "ever" separate a service animal from the handler. The law only cares about the individual with the disabling condition, not others. (i.e. allergy patients) If you consider your business a public place, by law, you must allow a service animal. If your business is private, it is opposite. This is explained and the law is printed on the back of an official Service Dog ID, with the DOJ as the contact organization. I have had my service dog for 4 years. I have been in hospitals(even the baby floor) , schools, restaurants, churches, etc. I attend many, many doctors appointments, especially dental. I am a lions club member who helps check the vision of children in every Elementary School in ROBCO. I attend at least 80% of PSHS basketball and football games. This is the 1st time I have ever been told that I was not allowed to bring my service dog inside the facility. Very few have questioned it. But, once I explained the law, I had no other issues. Always remember "Not all wombs are visible!""
"What’s the point of setting an appointment, getting there 40 minutes early and still not being seen well after 40 minutes after my appointment time? Meanwhile nurses are laughing and joking. I understand being late, but zero communication during the process is not acceptable."
"Dr. Natalie and her nurse Twynette are awesome. They listen to me, very attentive. The front staff are always so nice. Monica and Jessica are the best along with Dr. Jodella Locklear. Would definitely recommend this office to any family."
"Great place to visit with wonderful people who listen and care about your health concerns"
