"My 1st experience with this place was awful. There was and older gentlemen working the front, and an elderly lady at the counter asking the gentlemen to explain to her about her Cpap device. Instead of kindly saying I'll contact your PCP (Primary care Physician) and find out what's going on, he continuously tells the lady. " I'm waiting for a fax , there's nothing he could do without it," he was really rude to the lady from my point of view. So today I call about equipment and the lady had no customers service ethics at all. She not once introduced herself, then after our conversation she never said sorry for the inconvenience, bye and hung up. Do better get rid of those old folk who is there just for a check ."
