"I've been with the Pembroke CBOC for over a decade and have had great experiences. I've been sent to both VA hospitals when needed and received referrals as well when needed"
"I feel it's a shame when a veteran of the United States has to wait for over an hour for a phone appointment that may not even come Sorry sorry service.appointment and it may no"
"I have the worst service when it comes to calling you can never get ahold of anybody in the office it doesn't matter what numbers extensions any of that trash that you enter nobody ever picks up the phone you're better off driving there to talk to somebody then using the phone. How are you going to let somebody's prescriptions expire when you just seen the doctor.and people want government ran health Care. This will be the trashy service that you get."
"No one answers the phone when I call or returns my call when I leave a voicemail."
"This place should not be allowed to even practice. My husband has been attending this clinic for almost 8 year. On June 2018, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. It has now progressed to his liver, kidneys, and moving at a fast rate. He lost over 56 lbs. over a period of 6-8 months. He kept telling the nurse to do x-rays ( did not see a doctor only every 8-9 months). She is the reason my husband will only be with us a short time. She should be banned from practicing medicine for the rest of her miserable life. She refuses to give him any pain medicine also. Can you imagine the pain without any pain medicine. Hope you burn in h--- Dr. Lowery."
