"Called the company when I was locked out of my home. Call was answered promptly and Technician arrived home within 35 minutes. Drama started after Technician arrival. He had no knowledge of picking of lock. He was interested only drilling the lock. Charged $250 for drilling the old lock. If I knew company was just drilling the lock - I could have done it my self. Be careful using the services of this company. Not truly a locksmith service provider."
