"It now takes 5-7 days for my mortgage payment to withdraw from my account, all with ornl. Absolutely unacceptable service, and they've made it clear they do not care. It's now day 5, a weekend day. I paid my mortgage Tuesday. It still has not withdrawn and does not show pending to at least help. Very disappointing. Plus the call center services have gone extremely downhill since 2020. Why am I still a member? I'm not sure anymore. Edit to add: I called just now to the call center to set up a simple transfer from checking to savings if I were to overdraw my checking. The employee did not understand what I asked for after I explained multiple times. It's a very simple set up, yet she couldn't even understand. She stated she was going to take my information and have someone call me back. She also verified about 8 different things about me just to speak to her about my account. I am fully on board for account safety and protection, but that many things to be verified? What are you all doing ORNL?"

"Went to open a checking and savings account. Braxton was extremely friendly, quick, and helpful. Was in and out in less than an hour, and everything went smoothly. Plus, the popcorn is great!"

"If there was a 10 star option it would be selected. I used to live near this branch and have always had pleasant experience. After a negative experience at another branch (closer to my home) I decided to come back to discuss a fee that was placed in my account due to the other branch's error with closing my account. Braxton has helped me at this branch numerous times and is so so SO wonderful to work with. He immediately addressed my concern without any hesitation. Highly recommend banking with ORNL FCU, especially at this branch. It's worth the drive!"

"I am super frustrated with ORNL and their services. I recently got an auto loan through them and was told I could pay via the app with my debit card from another bank, well that was not true. So I ended up depositing a check into my account to be able to pay the auto loan through the app and my check has been on hold for over a week. I have called the support line twice now and was told each time that a representative would call me back to go over what is causing this hold and have received NO calls. I have also emailed the support twice now without a response. Today i called support yet again and they informed me since it was a new account all checks have a 10-30 day hold on them. I was not made aware of this prior and not only that but they said the holds would stop after the account was opened for 30 days and I’ve had this well over two months now. After 40 mins on phone they were able to release my check so I could access that amount so I’m thankful for that but overall this was a terrible experience and it does not seem their support and their main branches have good communication about how to navigate your account."
