"Placed the order on the app an went in an picked it up. It was ready when we walked in the door. Food was good, really liked the fried Cajun corn, the French fries could be fried a little longer, the boneless wings were good. Glad we finally got one in south knox."

"By far the best customer service we've ever received at a resturaunt. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were extremely busy so the food took some time to get out but it was hot and fresh. They kept us updated through out. Will definitely return even with the wait."

"I usually love Wing Stop, but tonight they jerked me around for an hour and a half, and then cancelled my order. Ordered through door dash, the first dasher called me to let me know that my order would be taking a while longer, and she was coming off the delivery, because the store was out of bags and would not let her transport the food any other way. 3 prospective dashers later, my order is cancelled with no further explanation. Door dash refunds take several days to process, so now I'm out $100 and it's 10 pm and my family has no dinner."

"Very disappointing experience. Staff were struggling and there was no organization. I was overcharged for my order and the manager was rude and gave the most ridiculous explanation on why at HIS store he was charging you for extra sauce if you ordered it on the side. He said it was flavor “plain” so then you have to purchase sauce. The menu says the price includes up to two sauces. Not sure if it is a reading comprehension or a simple math problem but he will not be gaining customers like this! He is lacking the skills to operate a successful business."
