"We came to this store to inquire about changing our cellular service from Verizon to T-Mobile. We found the store to be well laid out and extremely clean. We were immediately greated by Nick who proved to be knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about available plans. Nick took care of use and we made the decision to join the T- Mobile family. We had to call customer service to have them help us set up our Pads that weren't worth us at the store during the change over process. I can not tell you how pressed we were with the customer service reps that we spoke with. If these phone reps are any indicator of a company's overall service we are extremely pleased so far."

"Staff was very helpful. I am a little disturbed that our package which currently includes Netflix is going to be changed to Hulu later this month. Apparently, Netflix is changing the plan so that the basic package will include advertising. I have no interest in watching advertisement on Netflix. When I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile, one of the reason I switched was because I was told that Netflix was included. will be interesting to see how it pans out with the new Hulu package."

"I walked into this location at 6pm after getting off of work, ready and excited to get a new phone and new service with T-Mobile, I am a brand new customer to T-Mobile. When I walked in, there were about four men sitting around with no customers in the store. I told them that I was looking to get a new phone and one of the men responded by saying "We can definitely give you prices and help you choose a phone but we close in 1 hour so we wouldn't be able to process anything until tomorrow". They said sorry we are understaffed as I looked at all four of them.. then one man said oh well one of us is in training. I definitely wouldn't recommend this location, I ended up going somewhere else."
