"Painting Pros saved our house and our sanity. We're no longer embarrassed to have people over so we can now schedule a house warming with our friends. We bought a $360K house after moving back to Knoxville from overseas in December 2019. There was very little on the market either as new construction or an existing home in our price range with a floor plan we liked that would allow us to move in quickly. We needed to move into a new place because we were in an expensive furnished apartment with all utilities and internet built into the rent - basically bleeding money. We moved back to Knoxville without jobs..... our overseas jobs didn't have a presence in Knoxville. We settled on a new construction spec house and although we loved the floor plan, we immediately noticed quality problems with the drywall and painting. This was NOT Painting Pros' work. The poor quality was another painting company. The builder assured us it would be fixed and to their credit, they did bring out their paint crews to fix our drywall and paint. The problem was these crews were the same ones that didn't drywall and paint it right the first time. E.g. - the painters rolled and then brushed around door jambs and the tops/ bottoms of walls. We had ~ 4" visible brush strokes everywhere along with drywall gouges from the initial install. You're supposed to cut in the tops and bottoms of walls and door jambs and then roll so the brush strokes are invisible. I also had A LOT of debris "paint-sealed" to my walls and ceiling. The painters allowed trash to get into their paint, didn't filter through a mesh cloth, and still put it on my walls. I had other paint problems too. As I said, the builder brought out a crew of painters THREE times (NOT Painting Pros) before I finally got sick of them not fixing all the problems and causing extra problems like new paint cast-offs. The builder agreed to bring in another painting company - Painting Pros. I worked with Jeremy who owns the company and Alex who was the quality person on the job the entire time. My house looks many times better than it did before. I'm very happy with Painting Pros' work, recommend them to the on-line community, and will wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends. I will use them again myself for any future painting work. Steve"
