"Dr. Bilbrey always takes the time to listen and address your concerns. He is interested in your health not just getting paid. Highly recommend him!"
"Dr. Bilbrey is a my hero. For years I have struggled with fatigue and other thyroid related issues, previous doctors blamed it on my weight and that I didn’t have a thyroid issue. On my initial visit to him he asked a lot of questions, truly listened and ordered the correct labs. The next day my results were in and low and behold he discovered what other doctors blamed on my weight. Now I’m being treated for my thyroid and I feel a million times better. He listens and is knowledgeable; I’ve talked to a friend who also has thyroid issues and have been told she wished she had a doctor like him (she lives out of state otherwise she’d transfer to him). He’s given me hope that I had lost."

"I have been with Dr. Bilbrey for years now and all I can say is he is a honest doctor, listens to my concerns and takes time to listen and never rushes me in and out. So glad to have a physician that cares in the area."
"I went in suffering from Anxiety. I was seen by Dr. Bilbrey, and he wrote me clonazepam. I was upfront and honest about my whole situation. About 2 weeks later I got a phone call from his office, saying that they needed me to come in for a pill count. I thought ok? So I went in and they counted my meds. I had more than what I was supposed to given that I only used them as needed. The nurse then informed me that I was to give a urine sample. I gave as much as I had in my bladder. The nurse informed me that was not enough to test. I was to pick my kids up from school in the next 5 min. I ask her could I get my kids, which the school was literally right next door to his office, bit she said no I could not leave. After another couple of attempts to urinate,I was unable to produce anymore. I was then informed that I had illicit substances in my system. I asked how there was illicit substances in my system, when she said that wasn't enough urine to test. I received no answer. At this point I absolutely had to pick my kids up from school. I politely told the nurse that I had to leave. About a week later I get a call from a "collections agency" about the money I owed Mr. Bilbrey's practice. I was spoken to like I was less than human. I was told that if I didn't pay the debt right then that a warrant would be taken out for my arrest. I paid the bill over the phone right then, not knowing at the time, they could not throw me in jail for unpaid debt. That was 2011. So today I needed to get a TB test done and I couldn't get an appointment quick enough with my new Doc,so I went to Summit emergency. I called ahead and was told that it would be $13.00. When I arrived,I was informed that my account was permanently blocked, and I could not receive any treatment at any Summit facility. I was never informed that I was,"blackballed", so to speak. I would just be careful because if he deems fit for any reason, you could be blackballed too."
