"The people here do the best they can to make sure their clients are straight! It was a pleasure working here and when my brother turns 18 I will be recommending him to Support Solutions over any other facility!"
"This is the most unorganized place that I’ve had to deal with regarding my disabled family member. There is no communication. The contact info they gave me is wrong. I called one number that I was just recently gave and she said she hadn’t worked there for 2 years. It’s like they don’t even exist when you try to contact someone. I’ve called everyone on the list they gave me and no return call or follow up. Update: I got a return phone call after 5 days of calling and leaving messages. I called a total of 6 numbers, multiple times, that was provided by support solutions and no one ever answered the phone. When I received the call I immediately canceled services and told them I didn’t want to continue services with someone I couldn’t get in contact with."
"Bad Communication, unorganized, Do not value their employees, does not pay for all hours worked. I would not recommend anyone to get a job here not unless you are willing to deal with all the above. As well as you are going to work with the people they support and worry about your personal safety. Ask any of there employees and they will tell you the same."
"I can't express with words on how to describe this company. I was hired very quickly. Which was a good thing. I was also in orientation for 2 weeks. Which honestly could have been done in 1 week if we wasn't waiting every morning on someone to teach us. The class would get there at 8am like we where told. But it wouldn't start until 10-11 whenever the teacher felt like showing up. Which most ppl might think free money? It is free money but during training you get paid $ 7.25 an hr. It's only after training that you get paid your full pay. They try to sugar coat some of the behaviors our clients have. After training I was told to start a a new house as a house Manger. The house has a current house manager already. I was told that person was going to be fired and I was taking over. I was told I would get a call Monday afternoon to go over a game plan. It's Friday now. I still haven't heard anything. Some people might think by now. This really isn't that big of a deal. Well it gets better. Today I was suppose to get paid. We get paid every two weeks on Mondays. Well this coming Monday is Memorial Day. So everyone in the office passed down the news from Corp that we get paid today. "Friday". But during training we never clocked in. We recorded everything on paper. Which was fine, I've done paper timesheets before. Until the teacher lost the timesheets. We had to continue asking him if he submitted our hours before the dead line. I had to go to the top Human resource person at my Knox office to get my hours submitted. I confirmed again that I was getting paid Friday, today. Well what do you know, I did not get paid. So I called the office and was told that the Corp office decided not to pay anyone until Tuesday next week. Which will be my 4th week with the company and I've not received a single paycheck. Take this how you want. There are good things and there are bad things about this company. I've had a bad experience. No fault of my own. But you may have a better experience or you won't."
