"Scheduled PM service for my working AC unit. Technician came in on time and explained what will be performed. He proceeded to wash half of the coils with water hose I have provided. Assembled all of the covers and called it a day. He told me everything else “looks good” without testing anything else. I was charged for service call and maintenance $224 total bill. Good thing I didn’t get charged for my water I have provided. Looking forward to the next maintenance visit."

"My air conditioner stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, and I called John Coleman. A technician was at my home in two hours. He was polite and professional and had to go to two place to find the necessary part to complete the job. I was very pleased with Justin and how quickly he was able to resolve the issue. I am a comfort care customer and have always been pleased with this company."

"I signed up with John H. Coleman for the Core program to maintain my units. I had a possible issue with one of my mini-splits freezing up (someone had turned it down too cool). The technician (Wayne Maples) came out and gave it a thorough look over and was so helpful explaining what the cause was an told me the unit was fine. I appreciated his professional and friendly approach. Glad I'm with a locally owned and operated company I can count on."

"Our Experience has been nothing but disastrous. We had a $14,000 unit installed, back in the end of October 2023. Since then we have had then out to preform at least 6 repairs as the unit continually ceases to keep up with the warmer temperatures even back in a few warm days in March. They made some changes that seemed to work and for a month it seemed finally resolved. In May we one day look up and see a massive stain on our 2nd floor ceiling. Called them up, and it turns out the installers left a port open and did not level the drain pan and it allowed water to flow out all over our ceiling. They fixed this and sent a company to repair the ceiling. Then most recently at the end of June, we return from vacation and the area is at 89 degrees and the unit is again not running. Since then we have been having to almost daily reset the breakers and we are to the point that it on a good day only can keep the area below the low 80s. We are still working with them to resolve but we will never ever use this company again."

"This review is for the install, which was very professionally handled. Josh and Franklin did a great job. They were prompt and thorough and we are delighted to have cool air again after living in the heat for nearly 2 weeks. Walker was also an excellent salesperson to work with - thorough and knowledgeable and prompt to answer all of my questions. Overall, a great experience. Can’t say much for the long term satisfaction yet (the HVACs were just installed), but the initial process of installation was smooth and satisfactory."
