"Drove all the way from Halls to get some GW Plastic Glue and paint. Sign on the door said “Closed today 9/5, sorry for the inconvenience.” It was 9/6 so…. Probably won’t come again. I’ll go to another game store"
"On 4/9/2024, my family and I drove up an hour to spend the day in Knoxville and take my brother to the Warhammer store. He loves Warhammer. He was super excited for his new addition to his collection, and I was excited to treat him to it. We arrived around 1pm. The Google page said you would be open, the hours on the door also said you should be open. The store was locked tight. There was even a man with his family spamming the store phone for an answer because he drove all the way from Chattanooga to come to the store. We accepted that the workers were probably on lunch, so we went to eat lunch and come back later. We came back 2 hours later, Still locked up with a UPS note being the only thing different on the door. Super disappointed with how they ran their business. Let a lot of people down that day."

"The most amazing store I've ever been in. The people there from staff to players!! It's all amazing all the time super knowledgeable friendly and best of all you walk in a shopper and leave a friend!!! If you are looking to learn it get into the game you have to go to this place!"
