"Dr. Gulati is a fantastic doctor. Unfortunately, the front desk will not discuss any scheduling questions, and all scheduling issues are forwarded to the voicemail of Ashley, the scheduler. My wife has waited five months for a returned phone call with no success. After going back and forth for many months, I have also given up. We will probably need to go out of network or to a different city to have our procedures completed. It shouldn't be this difficult to schedule a procedure with your doctor. Save yourself the months of waiting and find a different office, especially if you have an urgent medical issue."

"Dr. Gulati has the best bedside manners. She put all my fears and worries aside. I made the mistake of reading the prior reviews and went in with those in the back of my head. She is very direct and to the point, which I appreciate! I. The room before the procedure Dr. Gulati asked what kind of music I liked and I said jazz. She actually pulled up some jazz and played it for me while I was going to sleep! That is a great Doctor. Staff was amazing as well! All the nurses were caring and answered all of my questions. Although it was a colonoscopy, best experience ever!"

"She is a brilliant doctor, but her bedside manners are awful and she is short tempered and rude. She also scheduled her appointment s so close that she didn't have time to answer my questions after the procedure and continuously checked her watch repeatedly saying she had a staff meeting to get to S she backed toward the door. She also has poor communication skills, which make her less than the great dr she could be. If people can't understand her instruction and explanations no matter how brilliant a doctor she is, she is failing her patients."

"I find Dr. Gulati to be both very professional and well educated, as well as very friendly and easy to talk to. She is extremely thorough and she is always open to questions and concerns. She is absolutely my favorite doctor to go to for an office visit. She performed a scope on me several months ago and I have greatly improved as a result of her care. She has listened to my symptoms and made adjustments to my medications and shows an empathy that is hard to find in medicine these days. I couldn't be happier with or recommend a physician any more than Dr. Gulati. Excellent care and compassion!"
