"Dr. Bush has been kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have him as a rheumatologist. I am a physician too (retired), but I rely on his expertise in this field. The office staff have always been pleasant and professional with me. There is a wait for appointments, but that is the nature of medicine today."

"I can't speak as to the medical side of things as I never got to see a Dr. 6 months I held this appointment and showed up when scheduled to be there; early. They apparently had me down to show up a week I've had scheduled to be out of the country for over a year now. Clearly not a time I scheduled to have an appointment. I also remember it being the 20th as that date screwed up my Thanksgiving plans. It was 100% the 20th. They told me I'd have to wait another 6 months on a new appointment. Service with a smile. Meanwhile, the patient is dead by then."

"So disappointed. I recently had the privilege of seeing Dr. Baker. Where I was once diagnosed with RA and treated for 30 years as an RA patient, Dr. Baker ran test and found that I actually had MCTD. She also diagnosed me with osteoporosis and I was so appreciative of the time she took in her thoroughness. However she left the practice to start her own concierge business. So I was going to have to see a new doctor and had to reschedule twice once due to a possible Covid infection at which point they decided to drop me as a patient. No warning, nothing. I called 24 hours in advance both times So it isn’t like I just didn’t show up. I agree their doctors are probably wonderful but office procedures lack a lot to be desired!"

"Dr Johnson is wonderful! He always listens and takes time to make sure you are taken care of and heard.He encourages patients to advocate for themselves and allows them to involved in making decisions about their treatments. I have had a few issues with a few members if the nursing staff being less than polite on the phone a few times but the office staff that takes calls is incredibly kind and the majority of the nurses are as well!"

"I have been a patient of Dr. G's for many years. Dr. G is not an overly sociable person. However, I really don't need/expect him to be. He is perhaps the most intelligent person I have ever spoken with. He can recall all the details of my condition and treatments with never even glancing at a file. I trust and respect him and he has served me well as my physician. His nurse (NITA) is fantastic. If I leave a message for her, she calls me back right away and takes care of my needs regardless if they are "her job" or not. I can say that the office staff has always been very professional...but not always the most warm & friendly. However, again...as long as they are professional....I can live with that."
