"I didnt want to give even one star because i had to. This is a slap n the face i came from Tmobile because they screwed me over so i came here because i thought i would get done better. I have 3 lines and brought my own devices and my bill was 248$ due to a woman named marquesha she added all kinds of outrageous features to my account for yes reasons. Luckily when i came to ask about why my bill was so high a lady named Rachael looked into my account and called customer care and got my bill down to 78$ what it is supposed to be!!!! I just dont want this to happen to anyone else because i refer my friends here. I do not recommend marquesha at all!!! And thats me being nice !!! Thank u Rachael for saving the day!!!!"

"Came to this store and desperately needed help with my phone and omg marquesha was the best!!! She was so professional and polite. She understood the assignment and went straight to action. She didn’t try to just sell me something to get me out of her face she literally took her time l, listened, and carefully reprogrammed my phone. She also was able get me a free tablet worth 170.00 bucks all I had to pay was around 50.00 bucks for it. It also came with unlimited internet. Man oh man anyone looking for great customer service I would recommend going to go see her “marquesha “ at the western ave location asap thanks again girl!!! Saved my life!!"
