"I have been going to this GNC for a few months now. As far as products, I think the store is great. It has a wide variety of things to choose from and I really appreciate that. However, the customer service has been TERRIBLE. The man that was in there last month when I went to get my magnesium was on the phone when I got in. I know exactly where to go to get what I need, so I went straight and picked it up and went to the counter. The man continued to talk on the phone and walk around the store, looked at me multiple times and continued to talk on the phone. He left me standing there for at the very LEAST 29 minutes. When he finally decided to come to the register, STILL on the phone, he began to ring me up… sat the magnesium down put his finger up and told me to hold on a second and continued to talk on the phone for about 5 or 10 more minutes. Idc about talking on th phone, even though it is terrible customer service but he could have continued to ring me up while doing so.yesterday I went in there again, grabbed the magnesium and went to the counter. I heard someone talking in the back but no one ever came up to the front, stood there for 10, maybe 15 minutes before I put the magnesium back and left. The man that is working in this store has no respect for customers. I am a pretty patient and understanding person so if I am disappointed in the service I can only imagine how it has made other people feel and how much business has been lost in regards to him. Like I said I appreciate the company and love the options but u recommend the man working in there should be fired or held accountable to change his behavior because ge is very inconsiderate and doesn’t seem to have any interest if he doesn’t sell the products or not."

This is one of the few locally owned and operated GNC's in Tennessee, and its very apparent that they put their heart and soul into the store. John and Rick are not only extremely knowledgeable of the supplement industry, but they will work with you to ensure that you find the supplements that best fit your goals. Outside of that, they will work with you on pricing and make certain that you get the best bang for your buck possible. They treat each of their customers like family from the moment you walk in the door. This store consistently goes the extra mile to help each and every customer improve their quality of daily life.
