"You will be treated like a piece of cord wood. Dr Chesney comes off as a nice guy but shows his true self if you reschedule 1 appointment. Yes 1!! You will be dropped before the end of the business day as I was. I was told this was corporate policy by the office mgr but upon calling corporate, I was told that it was ultimately the Drs decision. I called back and explained to the office mgr why I had to reschedule and if Dr Chesney would reconsider his decision. She said she would pass the message along and would call me back with a decision. I never got a call back and upon calling them back, I was sent to voicemail. You will never talk to Dr Chesney directly. You will be given the runaround. Take it from a born and raised East Tennessean, you will be treated like a number. There’s better healthcare than this!"
