"Very professional, pleasant atmosphere, I will return"
"They take entirely too long to get stuff done. Went in for a non-dot Physical and a drug test It took almost 2 hours when I've had the exact same physicals and drug tests at other locations that aren't OHS and it only took 20 to 30 minutes. The employees don't want to do their job. They just want to sit and talk. The "doctors" here are a joke. Doesn't mean they should take 2 hours to do something that only takes 30 minutes. Do better and if there's any local businesses reading this that uses OHS they really should consider switching because this is not okay. Especially when we're having to do this for a potential job that we don't even know if we're going to get fully hired for yet and then we sit and waste 2 to 3 hours of our life and we don't get paid for that. I already have a job. I'm trying to get a new job with better pay but I don't have time to sit here and wait 3 hours for a complete workup when it should not take that long. Purely based on the fact that I know because I've had these tests before for previous jobs. Same exact tests. They should pick another place in the area that does drug testing and physicals because OHS is not it. They suck and they don't care about what they're doing. Adding on information to this. There were no other people in the lobby and no other people in the back being seen at the time of appointment. So I wasn't waiting on other people to complete their appointment first. There was no one else here so I waited 2 hours for something that should have only taken less than half that time and I wasn't waiting on anybody else"
"Quick to check in but the wait to be seen was rediculous. Almost over and hour after employer call him in an appointment at 8am to be seen ASAP. There has been a man in the lobby waiting longer than my husband and every person who walked into the clinic was called before him as well frustrating as well. Y'all shouldn't take in so many appointments if you can't keep up with the patients. I've never been to a clinic that seemed so behind."
"I went in for a pre-employment drug screen in December. I did the screening. Signed the form and was on my way. Now my employer was notified that my "drug screen was expired." Not sure what happened or if someone forgot to send it. But that is not right at all. Very upsetting knowing that i did it and it was not "expired" when i left the office."
"Waiting now for a total of 2 hours and 48 minutes. Should not take this long for a simple drug screen. They close in 40 minutes. I think they're going to lock us in here until the morning. They also could brush up on their personable skills."
