"I have had a horrific experience with this cleaner. Supposedly, they do alterations. I left a piece at the Western Avenue Branch to be altered several weeks ago. Called numerous times with no answer. Went down three times and found no one there. Finally today I called Oak Ridge Branch and was told she was new and knew nothing about my alteration. That I should call back on 15th. I would like my garment back, preferably altered, but if not then just give it back to me. As requested, my ticket number is 23072."
"The large Dryers are programmed by the business owners to drop the high heat selection to medium heat or lower after the initial start of the selected high heat setting. My clothes take forever to get dry regardless of MY CHOICE OF HIGH HEAT SETTING PAID FOR BY ME. This place is a rip off for your money. I lost $167.00 worth of nice knit Polo shirts in just 1 day here due to ink pens left behind in the dryers. It took 5 hours to get my wash done here because of the time it takes to get my clothes dry in machine programming by the owners. The owners told me in person that they had tampered with the dryers programmed heat setting causing the high heat to cut out and drop to a lower heat. I am quite capable in monitoring my own clothes while using the high heat setting that I paid to have dry my clothes."
