"We were intent on finding a range we could take home on the same day. After 6 attempts at major appliance centers we arrived at Electronic Express and I have to say Zachery and the entire staff made sure we were taken care of. They had the exact range in stock even though it wasn't currently on display! And furnished the new power cord as well. Kudo's to the entire staff!"

"I was grateful they had the part I needed. When I arrived, we had to flag someone down for assistance. They were huddled at the front registers apparently trying to get warm. He didn't seem at all thrilled to have to deal with us."

"The finance person was really nice. They were low on stock after Christmas so I’m not penalizing them with 3 stars for that reason. The main reason I feel like the store deserves 3 stars is because we were in there for over an hour looking at laptops and it wasn’t until 45 minutes in did anyone ask if we needed assistance. There were multiple salesmen standing around the checkout counter and talking. At some point, I even noticed some look up at us and then go back to talking. It took one individual that come in from outside and ask if we needed help, finally. Nice store, other than that."

"A thorough nightmare experience which I wouldn’t want anyone to go through. The salesperson Mr Patel who probably knew he was on his way out sold us a $4000 product and promised a service which the company does not even provide! We installed a gas line for over $3900 so that we can install the Jenair downdraft gas range. The delivery people said they don’t install and said this was the second or third time this had happened when the store has promised installation on something that they don’t do. Upon calling the store, we found out Mr Patel was long gone. The current store manager Hunter kept apologizing and said they don’t have a installation for this equipment. Why on earth did they charge us for it? And promise us for something that they don’t even do? It is blatantly unethical. It is completely dishonest. Based on this, we spent $$$ installing the gas line to put the down draft. The manager just offered to reimburse the close to $175 installation fee which is peanuts compared to what it’s going to cost to have an outside specialist come and install. This is extremely shoddy service."

"Drove to the store to purchase an item that their website said was "In Stock." When I arrived I found out that "In Stock" meant they only had a display model and that their actual inventory was on an 8 week backorder. Employees were helpful and apologetic about the situation, but whoever is in charge of their website/inventory management needs to have their work reviewed thoroughly."
