"My four year old LG refrigerator displayed an error message and would no longer chill food. I called Pinpoint appliance where Miranda explained to me service call pricing. After I described my problem, she contacted the repair person who suggested an initial possible fix. I followed his directions, and it now seems to be working properly . Miranda was very knowledgeable about my brand and it’s typical repairs and also the extra step to save me an unnecessary house call. I will definitely contact Pinpoint Appliance the next time I need any sort of appliance service. I appreciate their effort to resolve my problem at the least expense to me."

"The gentleman came out on extremely short notice being we didn’t have a working dryer for a couple days and when have two adult kids that do laundry a seven year old and both parents u can not live a day with out a dryer said he found a sock and if anything else he would come back out and not charge a service fee well to our luck it started making a horrible sound so we call and next day came Back found two bad rollers changed those out and just charged parts and little labor great trustworthy company plus not like most still a good old local man right in harden Valley will use again for sure l"

"Truly wonderful my washer had gone out and I called them almost as soon as they opened they said that they weren’t sure if they would be able to get me in same-day to let them check the books and they would call me back. Turns out they had a cancellation so they were able to get me in same day However, if they wouldn’t have had the cancellation, it would’ve been very early in the week which I think is still Really good! Supplier Did not have my part but I went ahead and paid for everything upfront. I have a Samsung top load. For parts, labor consultation, warranty, all of it for me was just about $300. my part came in on Monday and it was fixed On Wednesday They were very professional and very kind And to the point, I definitely recommend them. They answered all my questions, and we’re very courteous And fast apparently I have an easier washer, but the young man Preston was in and out in like a half hour tops, Isaac is very professional, and very knowledgeable And Miranda God bless her heart. I’m horrible about answering My phone and she was always so kind with me when we were playing phone tag back-and-forth Overall 10/10 experience"

"Preston was very communicative prior to arrival and gave me a 30 min courtesy call heads up within the 1-5 window. He was polite and direct. Preston quickly got to work evaluating and identifying both my washer and dryer issues. After diagnosing, he got to work fixing what could be done immediately and located which parts could be ordered immediately and an estimate of timeline for delivery and final repair. Additionally, Stacy and Miranda in the office kept in constant contact with updates on the process, including coordinating with a home warranty company! Pinpoint has been to my house a number of times over the years and I have always been treated very well. I value honesty, clear communication along with repair skills - and the folks at Pinpoint always deliver!"
