"I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. The big washers doing wring out your clothes very well and come out dripping wet. My guess is so you'll send more money on drying your clothes, which is a major issue with this place. First, if you can find a dryer that actually works you're lucky. Most broke dryers are not tagged out and will take your money. Its best to see which dryer were just used if possible as most don't heat. I had to move my clothes 3 times today to find a dryer that would heat up. Today was it for me, I will not be back. I've washed here several times and its always an issue finding machines/dryers that work. Apparently the people that own/run this place could care less that they are taking peoples money. They will no longer get mine. UPDATE: One year later, heard they had new machines and had fixed other, well it's not true, saw one person loose $5.50 on a machine that didn't work, several dryers just took people's money. I managed to wash clothes without loosing any money, but a dryer that was working just decided to quit working and I lost .50 and had to move my clothes. One other person lost $1.50 after putting money in dryer and then it would not turn on. So, I guess the rumor wasn't true. Only came here as a last resort because the other laundry mat is under renovation."

"The place was a disastrous mess, majority of the washers was out of order and had to use the smaller ones which took longer and more money. The first big dryer I used wouldn't dry my clothes at all, and it was a small load. Took $5 or more for nothing, not even a dry sock. I spent a total of $35-$40 there washing and drying when it should of took $15-$20 at the most. I informed the owner of the dryer and all I got was an "uh-huh ok".... Total rip off! Won't go back that's for certain!"

"The place is dirty and more out of order washers and dryers. I spent most of my laundry money on drying. Don't go unless you have no other choice -10 Today the machines quit working and I had to wait on a person to come to the laundromat and give me my money and reset the machines so I could wash my clothes no not only was this man rude but he was more than rude I was not rude back but I was not believing how he talked to an older woman who is on oxygen who has a very very very hard time paying that much money to wash her clothes in to do her clothes now if you want to be treated like dirt you want your clothes to not wash you want your dryers to not dry and you want to be treated like a dog and you want this to to be how you dry your clothes then go to this laundromat"

"They never come and collect the change out of machines so they don't work cause there too full. 90% of the machines don't work. Noone is ever available for any issues and when there is someone they are rude, and basically tell you it's not there problem. I have lost a good 20 to 30 dollars in their machines. I have had laundry destroyed in their machines. The bathroom never has toilet paper or paper towels and soap. The floors are nasty as hell. Always garbage all over. This place should be shut down. Another note. Change machine doesn't work when they have not cleared change out of machines. I would love to speak to someone but the customer service numbers only go to a voice mail and Noone ever answers back.. I only gave them 1 star because they do not allow negative stars if they did they would get a negative 10 stars from me."

"Worst laundromat i have ever been to. The two maytag machines would not fill with water. After waiting 20 min i was reduced to filling machine with water from a 2 liter soda bottle to finish the loads and unlock the door. The first dryer did not work. They seriously need to come in and fix their machines...."
