"Anyone in IT knows equipment upgrades don't typically come without some growing pains. I must say, NovaCopy and its staff made our transition as smooth as it could possibly have been. During the sales/contract phase, the team wasn't pushy at all. They didn't dog competitors (this is very important to me), and came in on budget (or slightly under). They were quick to deliver the new copiers (14 copiers and 4 printers) and the staff did a good job on deploying the equipment and getting everything setup. They were on site to assist with about anything, which was a little shocking considering we are what I would consider a fairly small deployment. Once deployed, we had a few hiccups that required NovaCopy to come back on site. Most of the time, they were on site in just a couple of hours, but definitely within 4 business hours. I am impressed, as we didn't have that experience with the last copier company. We've had the copiers for about 2 months, and the staff is just as attentive as the day we began speaking. Toner is delivered very quickly. The only constructive criticism I have to provide to those considering NovaCopy is to make sure you communicate the needs for your drivers, operating systems, and how authentication is passed across your network. We had a little confusion on the type of drivers I needed, but it was resolved in an acceptable amount of time. I suggest anyone looking for copiers/printing needs to strongly consider NovaCopy."
