"VERY poor customer service. Do NOT use this company for your alarm system needs. There are plenty other companies in town that will provide better service. Their technician is extremely rude, they are never on time, they try to pass the buck back and forth as to why their customer service and support is so poor. No accountability, apparently not good leadership in place. Just an overall poor company."
"Our system has never worked. They recently changed their system and we had to pay hundreds to have them come out and load it on our computer, system was down for weeks because they couldn't be bothered to get out and fix it. We have a brand new building that they wired and nothing but problems."

"I paid over $300 for batteries to system! Took over 2 hours to replace a few batteries and when questioned why so long I was told there were so stairs... I talked to the company and was told they would take 1 hour off bill which was $90 if I would keep the service! I don't play those games and I don't deal with shady companies. I'm done with them and urge anyone that is even considering their services to be careful and don't be surprised about outrageous bills!"
