"Details matter! The front staff was very kind and helpful, then it went down hill. My weight was recorded wrong, supplements were wrong and general level of care from the Doctor seemed indifferent. Hoping to find another Doctors office."

"My experience was not a helpful visit. I got no answers or help. From my visit. I can say one worker by the name of Nora The preregistration clerk was just plum beautiful and helpful. She needs to be recognized for how much she luv the patients and she went over and beyond to help me. And the other patients. I waited 45 mins for my visit in tear dropping pain. in a wheelchair. but still didn't get to see the Dr. I was told to come on down to the office cause I was stuck in pellissippi traffic. When I called, and the lady told me to still come on, and I still didn't get to see the Dr. I was told to go over to the ER. and Nora took time out to push me over to the ER. and my Bp was 198/100 when I was waiting for her. but was pushed aside . It is as my Dr doesn't seem to care about treating me. She doesn't listen to me at all. So no I didn't have any. good visits with her. I was even done that way 04/18/24 or 04/22/24 visit or telehealth visit on wed. 04/30//24. She treated me very bad. I first waited at least 30 to , 40 mins for her to pick up. on the call. then she says what can I do for yu. . I been contacted at my phone, # if ? because she doesn't seem to want to treat me or show any concern about me. and im in bad shape in pain. but shes not concerned about finding out what is wrong.she said she would call Me back after cutting me off on the telehealth call. but she never did. and put in my chart. I was referred to the pain clinic. but she didn't tell me anything about it. She has really made me feel very bad as a patient.Shes very unconcerned. I've been talking to Kim the MA. and evidently she hasn't been delivering any messages to her. the way she act like she wasn't told any thing about what had happened or what had happened over to the hospital... Tennova referred me to a neuro surgeon and referred me to home health cause I can't weigh bear on my left leg for a whole month . I fell ,, ,03/23/24~and I have been trying to get help from her every since that date . Their was no great response from any one but Nora the registration clerk on the front end up from. that's the only one that try to help me. The rest of the staff just let me sit their in tears in the lobby waiting to see her. I have been treated very unfairly and like the only thing she can act like I wanted pills. Butc she is so dead wrong about me. I want to find out about my leg. what is truly wrong with my leg. this has stop my whole life for a whole month. and everything has to go thru. primary care and I haven't been able to get help from mine at all.. So I had to suffer 5 long months. Still for a solution to my chronic nerve root pain . etc things under all that time of bp elevation damaged. ..Truly Unfairly done."
