I would rather stay here than travel to the beach. Everything is clean from inside the house all the way back out of the gate. This is the most beautiful area and very peaceful"

"I've worked in there, a few times, gentlemen at the gate were pleasant, very pretty place cool community has a big pool recently redone and a big recreation area there and jungle gym, marina on lake, impressive views. Just a local warning keep close eye on pets, there's alot, and I mean alot of predators there, coyotes, panther, bears, cougar I think or mtn lions or both I'm not sure. Just keep them near you don't let em go exploring far at all, especially at night"

"It’s Bear Paw gate. Basically a gate you drive through to get into Bear Paw village. Really hard to review a gate. I mean it is white and a bar. So it’s not really a gate gate. More like a railroad bar that comes down. Oh it also has some reflective stripes on it too. Makes it easier to see at night. I would also say it’s about 3 1/2-4 1/2 feet high. I wouldn’t recommend you driving into it, unless you wanna damage your car. I have tried to do the limbo under it and failed miserably."
