"Normally I have no issues there is a long wait no matter if it is app. Drive thru. Or inside. I am prepared for that. Employees are always nice and I normally get what I ordered bacon egg and cheese McGriddle meal and an extra hash brown Today was not the case. Same long wait but my McGriddle was bacon less and I was missing a hashbrown tried to call but their phone rang for 4 min before I gave up. Will try to call later when I am able I will adjust rating if resolution"

"McDonald's in Murphy NC was recently renovated and it's not a bad place to sit and eat. I had a big Mac (you've heard the jingle in your head for years) but they forgot the cheese. The meat is small and paper thin and dry. I think we mainly go there for the fries. But every once in a while everything is perfect. Training is the key."

"New owners. They have cut the workers so it takes forever to get through the drive through and lines. Food quality, although never the best, is now going downhill. Bun on Big Mac was like a brick. Fries were cold."

"I've never had an issue at the drive-thru at this location. However, I would recommend never using the app to order. They make you go in to pick it up and the staff that I had the courtesy of dealing with, besides the counter service girl, were insanely rude. She threw my bag onto the counter, as she walked away called my number, and forgot my drink, as the machine was down out front. I stood there for a good 5 minutes trying to get her attention, it felt like she was actively avoiding eye contact with me. I eventually had to wait for the counter service girl to have a minute in-between taking orders to ask her for my drink, which she kindly took care of for me. When I got home, which I should have checked while there considering the service I was already receiving, so this was my fault for not doing so but my order was completely wrong. I ordered the BOGO for $1, a McChicken and a McDouble, and received two McChickens. I also ordered a McDouble with Bacon and no onions, instead received a McDouble no onions. My large fries were cold and I already told you about the drink machine out front being down. Now they push for you to use the app because you get awesome discounts and deals but then you're treated so horribly. The couple next to me ordered in and it took them almost 20 mins to get their two burgers and drinks, the guy was livid, they did the same thing to him, threw his bag on the counter and walked away. He wasn't as nice as I was, if you could imagine. I put in a customer service request on the incident and they sent me an email 3 days ago that the franchise store owner would reach out and I have yet to receive anything back this is now 5 days after. Now the morning shift staff that I usually deal with is phenomenal, at the drive-thru anyway. It takes a lot for me to email customer service on people, I'm not a "Karen" but this was ridiculous."
