"My family has been on Transitional medicaid that was supposed to be until March 2024 was our understanding everything was fine until I got a job making a little money then I got a promotion now beginning of October I get a call from Walgreens to refill a prescription and they ask is insurance the same I believed so then they informed me that Medicaid was cancelled 9/30/23 I'm already planning on getting insurance through my job that's I signed up for me and my family that starts 1/1/24 so now my kid nor her parents have coverage it's like the government doesn't want you to work orsplit families up rather than follow through with helping until they can get on there feeti mean come on I was already going to get off assistance 3 months early and they cut 6 months prior to the time we were told"
"This place is as normal as any dfacs office. You definitely will never get them on the phone anyone that has had help will tell you GO in or they won’t help. Only way to get answers is to call the dfacs number on the back of the card! The place was very nice and nice people over all"
"Went to the office today and Was worried after reading all the bad reviews but honestly I didn’t have a bad experience. I had to wait a little but that’s to be expected anywhere. It’s a small office for a small town. The women was very friendly and did what she could to help. My thoughts are if you can’t get ahold of someone (who is probably helping the people there) on the phone you might need to actually go in. It’s not fun but if you need the help that’s what it’s there for."
"The people in this office should be fired and replaced with people that are willing to help. No body knows anything noone answers phone. Not everyone is computer savvy. My mom and dad have been treated terrible. You can never get anyone to explain a anything they receive. Im talking to a lawyer to see what can be done. Fed up"
"I was trying to call for a friend so she could go by the office, but you can only "talk" to a recording. I tried numerous times to call back (too numerous to count), and I got the sane results each and every time: the recording hangs up on you EVERY single time midaway through the call! This has to be EXTREMELY frustrating to people who are trying to get assistance or need to collect information. What ever happened to the "human touch/interaction!" You know, speaking to a "real person???""
