"Our stay at the Toccoa Overlook cabin was beautiful. The cabin was exceptionally clean and welcoming, easy to get to and so close to Blue ridge and Ellijay. We have stayed at many airbnbs but this was one of the best. I would definitely consider coming back to any of these properties in peak fall season or winter time, I’m sure it’s even more gorgeous. Greg was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed!"

"We stayed at the The Riverside Cabin and it was absolutely perfect for a peaceful, romantic getaway. The river is right there (and there are trout everywhere!), the pool and hot tub are just up the hill, there are lovely places to walk right around, and the cabin has everything you need for a couples getaway. If you like being in the mountains and being outdoors, I would highly recommend. Greg was an excellent host as well!"

"My wife & I are return visitors to Toccoa House Properties. We have stayed at the Grey Heron House, the Carriage House and the Riverside Cabin. Our most recent trip was this last weekend and we stayed at the Riverside Cabin. This review is only for that particular spot. It's a very unique place to stay. The location is...interesting to get to. But since asphalt has been put in to the end of Hogback Road, the drive is much easier. (Thanks, Greg!) The two-tier deck is big and perfect to have a meal or just sit back and chill with a beverage of choice. The screened porch has a table and an outdoor "sleeping nook". Pretty neat! As for the cabin itself, it sleeps two comfortably and is perfect for a couple. The main level is one room containing a kitchen and living area. There is a narrow ladder inside to access the loft, which is where the low bed and bathroom are. If you have a mobility issue, I would not recommend staying here. But they have other houses that should not be an issue. There is not a bathtub at this cabin, but the shower is sufficient for most people. Back on the deck, there is a residential fridge, a big sink and around the corner, a gas grill. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. That's actually the one I prefer to use. The view of the river from pretty much anywhere is fantastic. It's very peaceful and provides an environment that is perfect to connect with your significant other. Overall, I highly recommend the Riverside Cabin to those who want a unique place to stay."
