Southern Comfort Cabin Rentals

"The cabin was beautiful, however, there was a pipe outside the laundry room that admitted a horrible odor that seeped into the laundry room, and the kitchen the smell was of pure sewage. We had to call the after hour manager and she did an amazing job. Her name was Kim . during the day when we called their phone number and pressed option two we received no phone call back and no support fortunately the after hours maintenance man named Ryan gave me his phone number and I was able to contact him to get help. Ryan was amazing, several times Richard during regular business hours maintenance man had to come out and fix things. He was great also, but Ryan was the true hero of our vacation as southern comfort cabin rentals never called me back or offered Support at all. Only one that would do It was Ryan who was a maintenance man not customer service. I would rent this cabin again, but I would really make sure where that sewage pipe is coming from and find a cabin where it would be in a different area so as that horrible smell would not seep into the house at all location was beautiful maintenance men were wonderful. Customer service was obviously terrible because they never called us back. House was beautiful. and their instructions about Google GPS is not helpful at all. If you just google Blue Ridge Heights, it shows up the exact road that you need to turn right into just research Blue Ridge Heights on Google maps and you’ll find the exact road you need to turn right onto off of 76."

"What an amazing experience we had using southern comfort cabin rentals. The cabin was beautiful impeccably cleaned. Had everything could ever ask for we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be using them next time we visit Blue Ridge."

"It was really beautiful. We were a large group-11 people. I didn't give 5 stars bc 1) k owing that this is a cabin rental for up to 12 people, there was not enough toilet paper for all of us for 5 days. We purchased. 2) Again, knowing that this particular cabin can accommodate 12 people, the hot water ran out quickly. I would expect a larger capacity. The cabin did provide more than ample kitchen supplies ,wood for fire, etc. This cabin was a short drive to great hiking, grocery stores, cutie towns to visit. A beautiful place!! Would love to return year after year"

"We loved “Drink up the View” cabin. As stated the view was wonderful. The cabin was as pictured. We loved the outdoor fire pit being just outside the back door, no steps or hill to climb. We enjoyed the indoor gas fireplace as well as the fireplace on porch. We had everything needed to prepare several meals. Would definitely book again!"

"Blue Jay Cabin is Amazing! It is extremely cozy, roomy, beautifully decorated, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The kitchen is well stocked with ALL the essentials. Loved hanging out on the balconies in the rocking chairs or porch swing to watch the sunrise or relax. The master balcony has the best view! The hot tub and pool table were added bonuses. My family loved staying here!"
