Our Lead Pastor, David Colp, has been guiding our congregation since 2007. With deep roots in the Church of God and extensive pastoral experience across multiple states, Pastor Colp brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our church. He serves on various councils and boards, contributing to the broader Church of God community in Michigan and beyond.
Pastor Colp, alongside his wife Crystal of 30 years, is proud to call Benton Heights home. They are blessed with two adult children, Caleb and Jacob.

"I love my church family. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Judgement of those who come through our doors is not what we're about here. This is a place you can come to if you want to be accepted, learn what the Bible says and how it is prevalent to our world today. You will hear practical truths and real helps in how to live out God's will for your life. If you're looking for a church full of perfect people, don't come here. We are, not one of us perfect, but in all of our imperfection we strive to love each other and those in our community. We are one of 3 campuses, St. Joseph, Stevensville and Benton Heights. As a whole, we periodically offer bible studies that delve into biblical truths and help us to draw closer to God, know Him better and see, in a gentle way, our own imperfections and discover how to turn our lives away from those imperfections, with Jesus's help and strength.
