"Absolutely unacceptable service at this location. When I first arrived the counter was empty and I waited until someone strolled our from the back. The next morning same thing, no one at the front counter again when I needed toothpaste because I left mine at home. Finally about 5 minutes later someone came out. Again about 45 minutes after that I needed to check out and no one at the front counter. I waked to the back office but no on seemed to be there as well. Then finally I get a change on my bill after I left the hotel for charges at the restaurant which I did not eat or drink at. When i try to call them the voice message says no one is available. Just rediculous."

"The front desk girl “Tenielle” was by far the rudest customer service encounter I’ve ever experienced. My father has used marriot for YEARS and had gotten me and my two young children a room for my oldest daughter’s birthday. It took well over an hour to get checked in because she just couldn’t comprehend that my father had reserved a room for me. She just kept saying no she won’t check me in with out even trying to explain. She didn’t try to talk to a manager or get any clarity of the situation. My father had to call multiple times and even threaten to call corporate. Not only did the girl have a smug unprofessional attitude, she didn’t even try to resolve the issue with any class at all. Then!!!! We get to the pool which was the one thing my child was excited about and it was AWFUL. Toddlers were left running around unattended, the “family” that was there was so loud I couldn’t even relax, not to mention I had to stop someone else’s child from falling in the pool multiple times. I honestly would have rather stayed at a MOTEL after this. Worst hotel experience IVE EVER HAD.. I highly recommend this location does some communication training on their employees because they had sub par customer service skills and I would know because I’ve been In the customer service industry for over ten years!"

"We had 21 (I counted them) flies behind our curtain on the window sill. Even after alerting the staff when we asked for housekeeping service to clean them we came back to the room with only the towels exchanged. Beds still unmade and dead flies all still there. You all need to do better! Just embarrassing for those of us trying to support black run businesses!"

"This location is horrible. No one knew what they were doing, almost like they were hired yesterday. They not only include in their amenities but also when you check in that there is a Starbucks cafe, problem is no one was working there and it was only open from 5-10pm. There was a lady on her second day in the bar serving but confessed she knows nothing about the coffee. So we went out to get coffee. Their front desk staff is filled with rude people and empty promises. We had a family above us and the kids where jumping or playing or something so hard that things were shaking on the walls, all the way until 11:30pm. I complained countless times. At first I was told they would be warned once then kicked out. As the night progressed and even speaking to a high as the general manager, I was told it's a hotel, nothing they can do about it. They were rude, unwilling to do anything for us other than move us at 11:15pm after my 5 yr old was asleep and we were unpacked only staying a day. I was told since I refused their offer to move rooms they would refuse to comp our stay or give us anything for our troubles. There were kids all through the night running around unattended, playing in the fitness center at 9pm, messing with all the machines so we couldn't use that either. There was Popcorn all over the floor from kids in the lobby, and kids spinning around in the chairs and running around the lobby. Lastly their smoking area is located directly outside the main entrance where we were bombarded with second hand smoke and one of my children has asthma. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!"

"Enjoyed my stay. I did ask to have my room cleaned and it was not. The garbage was not picked up. I do understand there are issues with getting employees these days, but certain things should still get done. Also, i ordered breakfast and was given this horrible sandwich and no fruit.. not sure what happened there. The staff was not so friendly, I'm not used to that. Hopefully things will improve in the near future.."
