"Not a fan of the new company, in the past they raised the price with no added benefit. Then they added mandatory insurance which I don’t want but at least the extra cost gives me something. I have had my storage unit for about 3 years and have had a late payment before due to having to get a new card, they were able to waive the late fee since it had never been an issue. Had my card stolen and forgot, they called for payment and I tried to return call same day but we weren’t able to connect. Paid a couple days later and was told there was nothing they could do, I do understand that it is my fault but this is not an ongoing issue and some understanding of the situation would be nice"
"In September when I set my reservation I was told my monthly payment would be 73$/month. I was supposed to get 1st and 2nd month 1/2 off. I moved to town on October 18th and on November 1st I got a bill for 84$. If you don't pay online/early she will slowly up your payment I now pay 85$ and have the last couple months because I don't giver her a chance to send out the bill I just go out and pay it as soon as I have it. When I called customer service through a hotline the guy I talked to told me my bill should be the flat rate of 73$/month and then she told me I was misinformed. Crooks. If I had the means I wouldn't have my things in their units but unfortunately I am stuck where I'm at. I don't and wont recommend. I do however recommend recording/documenting every interaction with her, I wish I had. Also I was late with my payment one time, I'm not usually late but it took a minute for me to get situated in the state, and the late fee was 30$ so be very aware of that. Updated response to owner. The quote I was given said nothing about other fees so I was unaware and highly misled. When I made my initial payment for two months and over 90$ to pay the 2 months at half off plus a third month because I was so pleased with how cheap I was mislead it was. she verbally told me I was paid for 3 months moving in on October 18th I should not have had to pay anything until the end of January going into February which is why I now urge people to record all interactions. You might not be crooks but are definitely misleading people when withholding all information. And she definitely misled me verbally. And as for the payment receipt I didn’t even look at it because I put too much trust in the interaction and I just moved from Arkansas and had so much else on my mind. I admit this was my own stupidity but the mistake will never happen again. As far as coming into your office, I will always do Whatever I can to not have to do that again."
"I have reached out to them multiple times about the rodent, mice problem. I have Zero food, or anything food related in my unit. They said it could be a unit close by causing the mice. Regardless... I am not paying another month for my things to keep being destroyed. Would give them zero stars if i could!!!Stay away!!!"
"Update: The company reached out to me with an explanation and resolved some of the issues. I've changed my rating and withdrew some of my review with respect to the consideration given to me. It's nice to know that there are companies still around that listen to the customer's voice. The units are clean, secure with no leaks, NO MICE, and cameras are in place to monitor for storage safety. _______________________________ Brianna is amazing. However, my unit was $80 a month, and starting in February, it will be $108. You would think that they would give customers a discount that have been with them for years and have never missed a payment. I'm moving all my stuff out of National Storage and finding another storage company."

I live in another state and I am trying to coordinate the storage of a recently passed loved one's belongings until I can get there to sort through everything. She was able to get me quotes for units that would be sufficient in size, and made sure I didn't miss out on the first month free for the unit size I picked. She even recommended a moving company that has been super helpful through it all. Thanks again!"
