"Recommend to the fullest, this wonderful location was the cornerstone to our recent marriage engagement trip just after Thanksgiving. The mansion was likely the most intricate Christmas location I've ever been to, was beautifully decorated with tasteful seasonal music playing throughout. Was truly like having a Downton Abbey experience. Owners were kind, informative and prepared a delicious vegan meal for us in the morning. Location was perfect as well, literally a mild walk away from the main stream. Can't recommend enough, especially for a holiday getaway."

"Gorgeous home!!! I love how many original features were beautifully maintained and functional. The woodwork and architectural detail is spectacular. Nice art and decor throughout. Comfortable furniture. Standout breakfasts—even for a B&B— with multiple courses. They kindly accommodated multiple dietary restrictions and presented creative, delicious options for every course. Jenna added to the experience by sharing insights about the house, its history, and the area. One of my best B&B experiences."

"To celebrate my recent milestone birthday, my wife planned a surprised trip to Ludington. The final destination was unknown until we reached the Cartier Mansion!! What a surprise indeed! Our love of Michigan history coupled with this fascinating historical mansion was definitely the highlight of our travels. From the exquisite architect, time period furniture and pictures throughout the various rooms provided us a sensory understanding of the life and times of those who once made this their home. Jenna shared her extensive historical knowledge of the mansion which added to the total experience of stepping back in time. Chris’ gourmet breakfasts were a delight as well! "Everything about this historic Bed and breakfast is a must see! The location is perfect, you can literally walk to the beach to restaurants and little shops the town has to offer. I can not say enough good or positive things about this place from start to finish everything was a breeze as far as booking, checking in and check out! Jenna and Chris are doing an amazing job with the upkeep and hosting their B&B. The welcome snack and drink was very refreshing, I loved all the information Jenna knew about the home, town and previous owners. The breakfast was also so delicious I wish they served lunch and dinner too! Everything was perfect. We stayed in the hayloft room in the carriage house and was blown away at home well decorated it was and spacious! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again one day! Thank you Jenna and Chris for all the special touches like the welcome water and chocolate and the welcome sign even the breakfast menu was a very cute touch."
