"Keys did not want to work correctly the first nught of our stay. The next morning it wouldnt let us in at all so we went down to the front desk and they said they fixed it, go back to the room and still cant get in. So we go back to the front desk and this time they come up to try after fixing it and proceeded to be extremely pissy and slamming doors behind them. Will not be returning."
"Tv signal is horrible. Front desk guy can barely speak English and refuses to give me a different room eventho the parking lot is empty. Used band aid and hair in the shower. I do not recommend staying here."
"This is a bargain hotel, no more, no less. clean enough and had everything we needed to sleep, shower and get a very light breakfast which is pretty much all we needed while we fished and checked out Ludington. Front desk staff was very nice, housekeeping took care of us. Met our expectations."
"The breakfast was the worse I’ve seen on my whole trip to Michigan. All I had was coffee, other guests commented about the lack of choices. The only thing hot was the waffle machine. If I am ever in Ludington and need a room, this will be my last choice."
"Overpriced, dirty, questionable, shabby, dog infested stench, accompanied by spiders and friends. Wanted to check out the second we opened the door. Holes in multiple walls and doors. Nails sticking out of molding, which caught clothing. Actual repairs were needed to make this livable.Toilet usage: must perch carefully. Shower worked, but only if you could dodge the falling lever and replace quickly. Wrap yourself in some sandpaper towels and climb in to bed. Beds were good though. Comfortable and serviceable. Best part of this stay was seeing the light shine through the curtains in the morning, knowing we survived the night. Majorly concerned about safety in this place. Off the highway, quiet, very strange characters-workers and stayers. Often felt like we should smile for a camera or two. Needless to say, we will not be returning to Rodent Inn."
