"This company mows my neighbors yard... hopefully not for much longer. One of their employees has been harassing me and trespassing into my yard and driveway to do so. My spouse contacted the company and the owner spoke with him about the situation. The owners response was to tell this employee that I (specifically me) complained about his inappropriate behavior and give him a talking to instead of reassigning my neighbors yard to another employee. This puts me and my children in an extremely unsafe environment at my/our home. I will be speaking to my neighbor and offering to mow her lawn myself if she will terminate their services so that I can feel safe in my own home and yard."

"Very dissatisfied with how the office treated me. The quote was verbal and the invoice came higher than the verbally quoted price, I wish I had asked for a written quote. I am paying the bill as invoiced but very disappointed with them after accusation of lying and looking for any excuse possible not to pay the bill. Additionally after the fertilizer application I was not informed about it. I was told it's not their practice to inform the customer, that felt little strange to me. They are off my list for any future yard / lawn services."

"Drew and the team at King Chop have done lawn maintenance and landscaping work for me since I purchased my house this past summer. Their work has been beyond excellent and has far exceeded my expectations. The team is courteous and has taken extra efforts to be respectful of my dogs and make sure that the fences were secure when they complete their work. The recent deck work and privacy screen they installed was so much better than I had even imagined. Cannot recommend them enough."

"Turned in a card I got in the mail for a estimate on spring clean up. They came to my home while I was at work “two days” (not a big yard) and charged 1550 for a spring clean up. They didn’t give me an estimate nor a contract, just billed me. I didn’t agree to a price. They did a decent job but not 1550 worth and not necessary to charge me for two days for a small yard. Disappointed. Word of mouth advertising won’t be a shining review from us and we contracted with another lawn service who is floored this happened. Now they do our yard weekly and do a great job. Friends are mad I paid without going to court but I won’t stoop to the level. I don’t normally post reviews but feel others who work hard for their money might want a heads up."
