Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott St. Joseph Stevensville

"I realized I traveled here and stayed here during the off-season in February, but this hotel sadly left me wanting more. The rooms are okay, and generally speaking were clean. Not saying there isn't some room for improvement... Extremely disappointed in breakfast, although I know there were not a lot of people staying at the hotel so it's a difficult to offer a full buffet for folks staying there. The meat & eggs were inedible, but at least they offered some yogurt. (Good luck) Staffing inside was extremely minimal, obviously operating on a skeleton staff that did not enjoy sticking around the front desk for customers like myself who wanted to buy some drinks. I don't think it's a staffing (they were helpful) issue though, just more "lack of business" issue, but something really should be done to improve the experience at this location. It definitely left you feeling like you walked into a morgue!"

"*BEWARE* If you book on a 3rd party application. When you check in they will take your card for incidentals and a day or so after you check out they will double charge you for your stay. I have called at least 7 times and no management is ever onsite. I have left multiple messages with no response. They are scammers. As for the hotel, it seems to be run by a bunch of kids. Room was dirty. The sofa was gross(looked like it was used as a casting couch). Hair all over the bathroom. Pool was supposedly out of service even though there was no notice about this when we booked. The owner of this hotel needs to consider new management!"

"Room was not clean at check in. No coffee or toilet paper in room, urine on toilet seat, dirty mirror and desk, and hair in shower. Bathroom door in room 329 did not close/latch. Front desk gave us toilet paper but gave us coffee that doesn’t fit the in-room coffeemaker. Front desk person was kind but dressed in street clothes. Overall, this stay was far below my expectations for a Marriott hotel. Rooms were fine but housekeeping and hotel cleanliness was extremely lacking. ### Update: I shared this feedback with hotel staff. I was initially given an apology by management and told that a refund or points would be awarded to my account, which is why I rated the hotel two stars. The manager shared that their supervisor needed to approve the refund. I've been waiting three weeks for an answer from the manager. Customer service from the management side is clearly also lacking, and I am dropping my rating from two stars to one star. If this is ever resolved, I will bump it back to two."

"HORRIBLE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I cannot express how disappointed I am in this hotel. Do not stay here. Honestly, this hotel should be shut down. I am embarrassed I selected them as the wedding block for our guests to stay. We used them for a room block on NYE for our wedding in stevensville. They double booked rooms, gave keys to guests that the rooms were occupied, rented out dirty rooms, mattresses were missing from pull outs, over charged people, and more. Atrocious customer service at the hotel itself."

"Stayed at the hotel last Friday, the bathroom floor had hair all over, the sink was still dirty with contaminants everywhere and when I got into the shower, the bar of soap as still in it from the last person. Plus, the carpet had food and other stuff on it and look as if it had not been swept. I would not suggest staying at this hotel, especially if you have children, it was not clean and was borderline sanitary."
