"Update: I never received my refund for my room. When I went back to ask why they told me to take my review down... no I will not. People have the right to know if the hotel they are thinking about staying at has BED BUGS!! The people working here have no respect for the customers so I would recommend you find a different place to stay if possible. This would have been an ok hotel for the price but when I went to lay down for the evening I saw something in the corner of my eye. I got up turned a light on to find tons of bed bugs!!! Yuck! They told me I'd get a refund for my room and as of now I still don't have my money back."

"The first thing we noticed was how dirty the room was. Upon a second, closer look, we found bed bugs! We promptly left and talked with the front desk (sharing the picture included below) who stated they were sorry and that they would refund our stay. Three weeks later, and having to go through a third party, they (the management) refused/denied a refund."

My Bf John and I have stayed here for almost 4 years for personal and business and have always had very good experience and help and our stays have never had any problems David and his dad and mom have been great and become good friends. "Service, cleanliness and amenities were non-existent. I opted to stay here as every hotel within a 15 mile radius of the beach was completely booked. After enjoying the beach the entire day we were exhausted to travel across state lines and opted for the closest available hotel. Service: The attendant/owner continued with his phone call as I was checking in. Would not end the call to answer questions, and when I asked questions I was pretty much brushed off while he was holding a full blown conversation on the phone. OK...whatever, I can get past that, swipe my card and give me my key. What I could not get past was... Cleanliness: I wasn't expecting much given the short notice and proximity to the beach, didn't expect fancy but did expect Cleanliness, and was met with a standard far less. Stains on every crevice of the room, carpet, walls, ceilings, and even worse yellow mattresses, and stained pillows, masked by clean sheets and pillow cases. Absolutely disgusting. Washroom and fridge full of old brown grout/caulk, and spider webs and spiders in every corner. My kids were disgusted and they're usually excited to sleep over at a hotel. Basically we used the shower to freshen up, sat, chilled and ate pizza and after 4 hours left in the middle of the night, we refused to sleep on those beds. The owner states the rooms are no smoking but the room entire hallway we were in smelled of mothballs and smoke."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars My stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Stevensville was simply fantastic, and it's all thanks to the owner's exceptional hospitality and the spacious rooms they offer! Upon arrival, the owner greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to accommodate our request. We needed a room early in the morning, and despite trying three different hotels in the area, only the owner of Super 8 was willing to help us out. It was such a relief to find someone so understanding and accommodating. Speaking of the rooms, they were indeed spacious and comfortable. It's always nice to have plenty of space to move around, and the room provided just that. The amenities were well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping everything clean and tidy. One thing that stood out during our stay was the value for money. Considering the top-notch service and the quality of the rooms, the rates were more than reasonable. It's refreshing to find a place that not only meets but exceeds expectations without breaking the bank. I cannot praise the owner and the staff enough for their efforts in making our stay enjoyable. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made us feel welcome and valued as guests. In conclusion, Super 8 by Wyndham Stevensville is the place to stay if you're looking for excellent service, spacious rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. I would gladly return here on my next visit to the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.
