"I buy my daughters formula from Meijer and in the past 11 months it has been labeled on sale and not rang up on sale at the register multiple times. Today, my boyfriend took the receipt to customer service to have it fixed, as it was a significant difference in price and they refused to fix it. According to them the formula that was on sale was correctly labeled. However, all of the formula was incorrectly stocked. My boyfriend tried to explain this to them and they continued to refuse to fix the price even though it was definitely their mistake. My boyfriend then went and finished the grocery shopping he intended to do, out of curiosity he walked by the baby section only to find an employee fixing all of the formula. Because it was wrong. We were quite disappointed they were unable to admit their mistake and fix the price for us. Hopefully the employee they sent out to fix the mistake, they were unable to admit to, put everything in the correct spots for future shoppers."
